Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT) is a forward thinking centre of learning, home to the very best technology, studios, equipment and industry-connected tutors. Now in our 25th year, we provide a vibrant and professional learning environment for over 1600 passionate and committed students studying for careers in the creative industries. In 2015 the Confetti Media Group was acquired by Nottingham Trent University, increasing the opportunities for growth and success over the coming years. We are currently undergoing an exciting campus transformation, part of a £12m development programme.  

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a pro-active Talent Project Coordinator on a one year, fixed term basis. The post holder will be the main point of contact to co-ordinate and undertake the administration for all work experience opportunities, paid projects and freelance work across all Confetti’s curriculum areas. You will offer guidance to both clients and students, tracking project progress from enquiry to completion, enabling student to gain valuable industry experience and leaving clients with a great impression of Confetti students’ ability to deliver quality, industry relevant work.     

To be successful in this role you will have a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will be an excellent communicator who can influence and negotiate by building positive working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated, with strong administration skills and an interest or knowledge of the creative industries. Ideally, you will have experience of production schedules and contracts, and understand the importance of effective budget management and maintaining accurate records.
